With a strong leadership background and a deep understanding of client servicing, business development, and hotel operations, he has built a reputation for delivering excellence across every assignment.

Before establishing his entrepreneurial journey, his last assignment was with Lemon Tree Hotels as Cluster Director, where he was responsible for handling Sales and business performance across 26 hotels spread across Rajasthan, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh. Lemon Tree Hotels is one of India’s leading hotel chains in the mid-market hospitality segment.

Prior to this, he worked with reputed organizations such as Expat Direction, HDFC Life, Max Life Insurance, Airtel Broadband, Connect Broadband, Centurion Bank, where he gained extensive exposure in sales strategy, customer relationship management, operations, and business growth.

An avid traveller and passionate biker, Harpreet has explored destinations across Pan India as well as Nepal and Bhutan on his motorcycle, reflecting his adventurous spirit and love for discovering new cultures and experiences. He is also a dedicated marathon runner, bringing the same discipline, endurance, and determination from the track into his professional life.
